- Is Bulk File Renamer safe?

Yes! Our scripts run in-browser and your files never leave your computer, so it's as safe (but much, much easier) than asking someone to write a script to do it in your file browser.
- Are my files uploaded to a cloud server?

No! Nothing is ever uploaded to a server - your computer does the work, but it uses your browser to do the work. You can check your network requests - nothing leaves your computer. We could not support massive files if we did it on our servers as we'd have to transmit the massive file over the internet, which we don't want to do.
- What file types are supported?

Any file type you want! JPG, PDF, IMG and MP3 are the most common ones, but you can put any file name ending into the csv, and as long as it matches the files you upload it will be renamed! You could even use this to rename files between compatible types - say from .jpeg to .jpg.
